• XigentIQ beta application information, including your professional role, affiliation, qualifications, intended use, case interests, and responses to application questions.

• Feedback, feature suggestions, survey responses, and communications relating to XigentIQ or other IATA programs.

Please do not submit information that you are not legally authorized to possess or disclose.

Tips and Case-Related Submissions

Tip and case-related submissions may contain sensitive information concerning victims, survivors, witnesses, suspects, family members, criminal investigations, medical matters, or other individuals.

Fields identified as optional may be left blank. However, internet services and our hosting or security providers may automatically receive technical information such as an IP address. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete technical anonymity.

Submitting information does not create an attorney-client relationship, investigator-client relationship, confidential informant relationship, or contractual obligation. IATA cannot guarantee that a tip will result in an investigation, prosecution, case reopening, response from a law enforcement agency, or any particular outcome.

When appropriate, IATA may disclose a tip or case-related submission to law enforcement agencies, prosecutors, government agencies, victim-service organizations, forensic professionals, legal counsel, technology providers, or other persons or organizations reasonably connected to evaluating or acting upon the information.

If you believe someone faces an immediate threat or emergency, call 911 or the appropriate law enforcement agency. Do not rely on the Website for emergency assistance.
